Location

Responsibilities:
- Responds for container estimation/Layout request within 1 business day and accuracy maximize.
- Prepare Picking slip to Warehouse team base on shipping calendar and priorities of requirement,
- Follow up part to be available and meet shipping schedule.
- Container space utilization
- Ensure all Sale orders are shipped as commitments and feed back to AU team in case not on time/any issues.
- Minimize Mixing of goods destined for different warehouse in Melbourne
- Ensure shipping calendar is updated daily basis, and whenever target date changed (including OE, Windows and Traded parts).
- Ensure shipping document are finalized and sent to freight forwarders/customers within 1 business week of the container leaving Thailand ports. (BL, FTA, INV, PACKING LIST etc).
- Ensure Export customs Entry are corrected and on time to release container to port without charge.
- Follow up and ensure traded parts are delivered on time from supplier and ship to AU as commitments.
- Covering tasks when others officers are not in office.
- Attempt to resolve minor issues. Inform manager if fixed, otherwise escalate for support.
- Ensure every COO have been submitted and prepare.
- Ensure that all documents are on filing and control follow ISO rule.
- Ensure that your team’s area is constantly maintained in a neat and tidy condition.
- Ensure all logistics functional team has trained to member show to follow defined company processes and how to achieve defined company standards.
- Share team members in the correct and safe operation of equipment or tools in their area before use.
- Freight selection report quarterly for regular shipments and whenever comparing for non-regular shipments.
- Customer’s escalation monthly report/ shipping issues monthly report send to Mgr/MD within first 5 working days of new work month.
- Overdue back order weekly report send to MD, Anne, Richard on Tuesday each week.
- KPI monitoring(TBC)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Logistics or related fields.
- 25-36 years old and 3 - 5 years of experience in Export / Import.
- Knowledge of Free Trade Agreement and Rules of origin (FTA)
- Experience in International coordination 3 years.
- Leadership and good personality.
- Strong negotiation and able to work under pressure.
- Able to work independent.
- Good in computer (Microsoft office) skills.
- Good Command in English.

- Guardian software systems for maintenance data record and preventive maintenance plan
- Storage and prepare document daily machine check sheet, PM check sheet, Monthly KPI, Supplier service report and form request Into categories and Guardian software
- Prepare document support and control stock spare part
- Prepare document support PR & PO process to JDE systems and Co-operate with purchase and account team
- Prepare overtime (OT), Attendance and transportation record for manager approved
- Prepare document about energy conservation report
- Prepare document support ISO9000 and concern document
- Comply with company policy, rule and regulation
- Follow up Job assign by Supervisor or Manager
Qualifications:
- Female, Age 25 - 30 years
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related.
- Minimum 2 years’ s experience in Administration
- Exceptional attention to details
- Good communications skills, both written and verbal in Thai and English Language
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet set deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Prior experience in mechanics and using guardian software /administration role

Responsibilities:
- Prepare RFQ for the raw materials (Direct) and services, projects, departments, project materials, consumables, fixed assets, equipment, services and sub contracts.
- Provide and review engineering specification, concerned documents and etc. which is necessary for new model, part, project to communicate with supplier.
- To be analysis and negotiation supplier’s quotation descriptions included suppliers tooling life concept and set up present source recommendation activity.
- Co-ordinate with local project team and ARB with related supplier material supply requirement.
- Souring new potential suppliers also key of responsible to organize evaluation process.
- Manage new material on time with new project launching and make sure that material enough for first production stage consumption requirement.
- Created and take the key responsibility to handling annual cost reduction activity until effectively.
- Representative attention with cross functional team involved the new project development (Procurement functional)
- Shooting new supplier product development concern with responsible material community.
- Up to date weekly work sheet reporting the supervisor / manager.
- Improvement and follow up about supplier problem to be prevent production shutdown, quality problem or any problem as occurred after PILOT RUN stage.
- Purchasing & Procurement official document generating and creation.
- Other works to be assigned by Management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physic &Foaming, Plastics Molding or related filed.
- 28-36 years old and 5 - 10 years of experience the field or in a related area
- Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Project management, ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 knowledge will be preferred.
- Computer literate, on Microsoft Office; word, excel and power point.

Responsibilities:
- To ensure that the company complies with all Thai safety regulations according to Thai laws.
- To ensure that all safety rules, regulations, fire protection equipment are installed, operational and tested to both Thai law and insurance requirement.
- To conduct safety awareness training to the appropriate staff to comply with Thai law and also to train departmental teams’ safety.
- To serves the Safety Committee as founder and secretary for the monthly safety meeting and submit the minute report of safety committee to the management and Labor Department.
- Must be all time alerted for the risks and preventive measures by frequent and consistent observation through planning, plant patrol, and inspecting.
- To conduct safety checks, install regarding systems and investigate accidents/incidents and make solutions and preventive proposals.
- To look after environment and be a key coordinator of any project involving environmental issues.
- To conduct periodical ‘Fire Evacuations’.
- To monitor success or failure of safety, occupational health and environment and also report it regularly to the superior or management.
- To take the prompt responsibility of counteraction on every critical emergency case leading the danger or unsafe risk to the Company’s assets and its human resources.
- To take care of people in case of first aid accident or take to the hospital.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree (preferably in Occupational Safety Science or Environmental Science)
- New graduate is welcome
- At least 1 year of experience in safety management gained from multi-international companies.
- Equipped with the license of Safety Officer certified (Professional) by the Welfare and Labor protection Department.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- English communication and computer literacy
- Sound knowledge of Thai safety, occupational health and environment regulations.
- Have driving car license
- Permanent work at Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate (Rayong).
