KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS THE POSITION IS ACCOUNTABLE FOR:
- Management of production to be achieve department performance targets of Safety/Quality/Cost/Delivery/Morale.
- Co-operate with other departments to improve overall operating efficiency and result.
- Building up and coaching production team to be good team performance.
- All are served for company strategies and goals.

- Day (8:30 – 17:30)
- Night (20:30 – 05:30)
- Good communication ability
- Familiar with machine and equipment maintenance
- Electrical and machanical skill
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบที่สำคัญ)
- Support to repairing all machine equipment and facility break down on-time.
- Preventive maintenance base on preventive maintenance plan.
- Change spare part and lubricate base on change frequency.
- Support machince & facility maintenace engineer in daily work.
- Continuous improvement and cost down.
- Ensure good housekeeping in working area and machines area.
- Record and filing all maintenance information , Machine preventive check list , Record down time ,etc

- Ensure good housekeeping injection machines area and resin material area.
