Covering the area of 3,482 Rai (1,376 acres or 557 hectares), WHA CIE 1 is strategically located on both Highway 331 and the new Highway 331 in Chonburi province, Thailand and it is only 19 kilometers from Leam Chabang Deep Seaport and 22 kilometers from Si Racha city.
At WHA CIE 1, more than 134 customer (202 contracts) have invested in excess of US$3 billion and Glow IPP, a 713 MW power plant at WHA CIE 1, which was jointly developed by WHA and the Suez Energy subsidiary Glow Energy, supplies the EGAT electricity grid. There is also an 800 MVA high-voltage electricity substation, and a comprehensive industrial infrastructure.

IEAT Free Zone
The IEAT Free Zone, previously an Export Processing Zone (EPZ) totaling 280 rai (220 acres), in WHA CIE 1 is an area designated for industrial or commercial operations whereby tax and duty privileges are granted to companies manufacturing for export. The area is under the supervision of both the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand and Thailand's Customs Department.

WHA Solar offers clean solar energy to our customers with zero investment. Our solar solutions can be customized and installed to meet the specific needs of each customer's building, including options such as Solar Floating, Solar Farm, Solar Roof, and Solar Car Park. Solar energy is provided through a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), eliminating the need for any initial investment.
