Qualification:
- Male or Female, age 30 years or above
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
- Experience 5 years up in purchasing processes
- Language skill : Good command in English
- Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001
- Computer skill : Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Scope of job:
- Prepare and verify import/export documentation such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Letter of Credit (L/C), and other required documents.
- Monitor shipment schedules and proactively resolve any issues or delays that may occur during transportation.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade standards.
- Ensure customs formality for both import and export.
- Provide service to customers for shipments planning, booking arrangements, and document issues.
- Coordinate with the concern section and team work to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Keep customers informed of the status of their orders.
- Work with management to develop strategies based on data insights.
- Communicate with export and import and related authorities, customers, and suppliers, in all relevant territories and countries, as necessary to ensure efficient, positive, and lawful relations, support, and activities.
- Handle daily import & export, shipping issues, and documents for customs formalities.
- Interact with shipping agencies, suppliers, and customers regarding import and export duties, as well as local and international transportation, ensuring reasonable prices by comparing at least 3 suppliers.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting

- Experience in a Management Level
- Proficiency in English or Japanese

- CPD License required
Scope of job:
- Processing and handling of monthly, quarterly and annual Financial Statements; assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Budgeting and performance report (Annual Budget, Monthly Forecast and also Financial Report and analyze)
- Cost Management
- Fixed Asset Management
- Negotiation with banks, take care of the reconciliation
- Prepare and cross-check withholding tax, VAT and corporate income tax
- Cash Flow & Tax planning and processing
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Manage and coordinate Accounting activities
- Analyze report for Management and Head Quarter
- Training and supervising accounting staff

คุณสมบัติ:

- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเบื้องต้นได้
- สามารถอ่าน Drawing ได้
- สามารถใช้เครื่องมือวัด เช่น เวอร์เนียร์ , ไมโครมิเตอร์ , ไดอัลเกจ ได้
- มีความกระตือรือร้น ขยัน อดทน และทำงานล่วงเวลาได้
ขอบเขตงาน:
- ควบคุมเครื่องจักร เช่น CNC Lathe , Milling
- ตรวจสอบสิ้นส่วนที่ผลิตให้ได้ตามคุณสมบัติและข้อกำหนดใน Drawing Part
- บำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรขั้นพื้นฐาน
- งานอื่นๆ ที่รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน
