WHA Industrial Estate Rayong or WHA IER is WHA’s latest development in the EEC in Ban Khai district of Rayong province and this industrial estate is ready to welcome investors since 2023.

The project comprises of 2,246 Rai (888 Acres or 359 Hectares). WHA IER is accessible from Highway 3574 and it is in proximity 25 km to Rayong City, 46 km to Map Ta Phut Deep Seaport, and 69 km to Laem Chabang Deep Seaport.

The stable power supply of 22 kV and 115 kV will be provided by Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA). The communication network with fiber optic will also be available in WHA IER by WHA Connect Co., Ltd.

Solar Rooftop, an alternative power source, as well as industrial water and wastewater treatment services will be managed by WHA Utilities and Power PLC.

WHA Solar offers clean solar energy to our customers with zero investment. Our solar solutions can be customized and installed to meet the specific needs of each customer's building, including options such as Solar Floating, Solar Farm, Solar Roof, and Solar Car Park. Solar energy is provided through a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), eliminating the need for any initial investment.
