Bangkok, April 24, 2026 – Ms. Jareeporn Jarukornsakul, Chairman of the Board of Directors, together with the Board of Directors and management of WHA Industrial Development Public Company Limited (WHAID), convened the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders via electronic means (E-AGM).

The shareholders approved all proposed agenda items, including an additional dividend payment of THB 0.2061 per share, representing approximately THB 2.0 billion. This brings the total dividend payment for the 2025 operating results to THB 0.3607 per share, or approximately THB 3.5 billion in total. The book closing date for determining shareholders entitled to receive the dividend is May 5,2026  with the dividend payment scheduled for May 21, 2026.
