BANGKOK – WHA Industrial Development Public Company Limited (WHAID), Thailand’s leading developer of fully integrated industrial estates, has officially signed a land purchase agreement with Trialliance Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd., of which the company specializes in manufacturing automotive and industrial rubber hoses, including advanced turbocharger hoses, and will establish its new facility at WHA Industrial Estate Rayong (WHA IER).

This investment marks a major milestone for Trialliance Technology as it expands into Southeast Asia. The new facility will serve as a key production base for automotive hoses and essential components, aimed at strengthening the automotive supply chain and meeting growing domestic and global demand. Trialliance Technology chose WHA IER for its "Smart-Eco Industrial Estate" concept, which seamlessly integrates smart technology with sustainable environmental management. Equipped with world-class infrastructure and utilities, the industrial estate ensures maximum operational efficiency for modern industries.

This partnership reflects strong foreign investor confidence in WHA’s industrial estates and highlights Thailand’s key role as a global automotive supply chain hub.
