RAYONG – PGI Auto Components (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a global leader in automotive part manufacturing, officially inaugurated its new state-of-the-art factory at WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate 1 (WHA ESIE 1) in Rayong province. The project represents a significant investment of over USD 53 million (approximately THB 1.9 billion).

Spanning an extensive area of over 37,000 square meters, the new facility is positioned as a strategic production hub for high-quality High-Pressure Die Casting components. The plant aims to serve the growing demands of customers in North America and across the globe, with an estimated annual production value of USD 100 million.

PGI Auto Components selected WHA Group’s industrial estate due to its prime location at the "Heart of Thailand’s Automotive Cluster." To ensure maximum efficiency and speed, the facility is equipped with advanced Automated Systems and a robust digital infrastructure. This enhancement will strengthen the global supply chain, providing customers with superior reliability and performance. The expansion of PGI Auto Components not only reflects WHA Industrial Development’s capability to support advanced industries but also aligns with the vision “WHA: SHAPE THE FUTURE FOR THAILAND.” This commitment aims to build a sustainable future through technology and innovation, further elevating Thailand’s competitiveness as a world-class automotive manufacturing hub.
