Established in 1966, Hanil Forging, has been supplying axles and spindles for automobiles. Our Korean market share is more than 80%. We have obtained the ISO/TS16949 Quality Certificate and ISO14001 Environment Certificate, and have made supply contracts with major motor companies in 12 countries, including Ford, Daimler Chrysler, Nissan, GM, etc.,to supply spindles and axle shafts for medium and large vehicles on the basis of our internationally recognized technical ability.
Furthermore,we are also producing missile bodies which are high-tech precision, core product for defense industry, in addition to the components for ships, heavy equipments, and air crafts. We take our pride in the name of the Leader in Forging Industry.
Qualifications :
- Male, preferably 22 - 35 years old,
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
- At least experience with CNC machinery for 0-3 years or more.
- Have skills in data analysis and problem-solving.
- Able to use CAD/CAM software, Microsoft office
- Knowledge of CNC programming -3-Axis / 5-Axis will be given special consideration.
- Knowledge in Drawing, IATF16949, PPAP
- The company welcomes new graduates.
Job Descriptions :
- Conduct physical maintenance according to our customers' annual electrical system plan
- Carry out various New Project Improvements to increase efficiency and increase the effectiveness of the machines.
- Plan to analyze the reasons and provide suggestions for solving problems that occur within the factory.
- Analyze the causes of problems affecting machinery or disrupting the production process.
- Report the results and submit a report to the commander.

Qualifications :
- Male, preferably 22 - 35 years old,

- At least 1-2 years experience in QA or QC (supplier) field will be given special consideration
- Direct experience handle with supplier / supplier development in Automotive field/ APQP - Free lunch or Project Managemen
- Able to communication in English language (basic communication)
- Knowledge in Drawing, GD&T, PPAP knowledge, IATF16949, PPAP, Core tools, , 8D, Problem Analysis
- Knowledge in Process knowledge [Machining, CNC]
Job Descriptions :
- Conduct Supplier monitoring, correction, and prevention and check the effectiveness of the implemented actions.
- Control Supplier quality and delivery to meet the Company's requirements.
- Conduct Supplier planning and evaluation.
- Develop and improve new products with suppliers and conduct process monitoring to obtain products
- Issue documents requesting corrections and processes and follow up
- Responsible for the machining process within the company

- เพศชาย อายุ 21 ปีขึ้นไป (ผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้ว)
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช หรือ ปวส. สาขาช่างกลโรงงาน หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้ความสามารถ เรื่องการทาแม่พิมพ์, อ่านแบบ หรือออกแบบชิ้นส่วนแม่พิมพ์พื้นฐานได้
- สามารถใช้เครื่องมือวัดได้
- สามารถใช้เครื่อง CNC, EDM, Wire-Cut ได้ และบำรุงรักษาเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี
หน้าที่และรายละเอียดของงาน
- ปฏิบัติงานในเครื่องจักรทุกเครื่องที่อยู่ในการดูแลของหน่วยงาน
- รับผิดชอบในการซ่อม , แก้ไข และจัดทาแม่พิมพ์เพื่อสนับสนุนกระบวนการผลิต
- ดูแลอุปกรณ์ เครื่องมือ เครื่องจักร ให้สามารถใช้งานได้อยู่เสมอ
- รายงานผลการปฏิบัติงาน และปัญหาต่างๆ แก่ผู้บังคับบัญชา
- บันทึกข้อมูลต่างๆ ในการปฏิบัติงาน
- และงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

คุณสมบัติ
- ต้องเป็นผู้ประกอบการที่สามารถทำอาหารได้หลากหลายประเภท
- สะอาด ถูกสุขอนามัยและมีรสชาติดี
- ต้องมีประสบการณ์ในการขายอาหารในโรงงาน 2 ปีขึ้นไป
- ต้องมีประสบการณ์เป็นโรงงานที่มีจานวนพนักงาน 150 คนเป็นอย่างน้อย
- ร้านค้าต้องมีลูกจ้างเพียงพอในการทำอาหารให้ทันเวลา กรณีที่ร้านค้ามีลูกจ้างเป็นแรงงานต่างด้าว ต้องเป็นแรงงานที่ได้รับอนุญาตทางานถูกต้องตามกฎหมายเท่านั้น
- ผู้ประกอบการต้องมีความตั้งใจจริงและกระตือรือร้น ที่จะปรับปรุงทุกเรื่องเกี่ยวกับการทำอาหาร เพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจสูงสุดให้กับพนักงาน
หน้าที่และรายละเอียดของงาน
- ร้านค้าจะได้ขายเพียงเจ้าเดียวไม่มีคู่แข่ง
- ร้านค้าต้องสามารถทำอาหารได้ตามเวลาที่กาหนด 3 รอบ คือ ( 11.45 / 12.00 / 12.15 )
- พนักงานทานอาหารฟรี โดยบริษัทฯ เป็นผู้รับผิดชอบทั้งหมด
- ในพื้นที่ของการท้าอาหารมีระบบน้้า ไฟฟ้า และแก๊ส สำหรับอุ่นอาหารเท่านั้น
- ผู้ประกอบการต้องน้าอุปกรณ์ในการประกอบอาหาร เช่น เตา หม้อ กระทะ ฯลฯ มาเอง
- บริษัทฯ ได้จัดเตรียม จาน ชาม ช้อน สำหรับพนักงาน (บางส่วน)
