WHA Eastern Seaboard NGD 2 - WHANGD2

Commercially operate since December 2018, WHANGD2 is the first natural gas distribution project set up in the industrial estate. WHA Eastern Seaboard NGD 4 – WHANGD4

Gulf WHA MT recently launched the natural gas distribution services in WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate 4 (WHANGD 4), Pluank Daeng District, Rayong. This new project, which has its capacity to distribute natural gas up to 2,000,000 MMBTU per year, will continuously serve energy demand of industries in WHA Group’s industrial estates in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC).

Chonburi Clean Energy - CCE

Chonburi Clean Energy (CCE) is an industrial waste-to-energy project using direct incineration technology located at WHA Chonburi Industrial Estate 1 (WHA CIE 1), in Chonburi province, Thailand. A joint venture established by WHAUP, Glow Energy Plc, and SUEZ, construction on this project began in late 2017 and is scheduled for commercial operation in December 2019.

CCE signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) with the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) for the 8.63 MW industrial-waste-to-energy power plant. The total investment on the project is approximately 1.8 billion baht ($US 57 million).

High-standard waste incineration technologies by JFE Engineering Corporation (Japan) will provide a safe and environmentally sustainable method for industrial waste disposal.
