WHAID Shareholders Approve THB 0.5409 Per Share Dividend

Bangkok, Thailand – April 25, 2024 – Ms. Jareeporn Jarukornsakul, Chairman of the Board of Directors (Center), along with the Board of Directors of WHA Industrial Development PCL. (WHAID) held the 2024 annual general meeting of shareholders via electronic means (E-AGM).

The meeting approved the payment of an additional dividend of THB 0.5409 per share, amounting to THB 5,250 million. This brings the total dividend payment for 2023 to THB 1.0045 per share, amounting to THB 9,750 million in total. The book closing date for dividend payment is May 3, 2024, and the dividend payment date is May 16, 2024.
